However, there are several flaws in the design of this web page. Firstly, the cover page takes a longer time to download on a slower computer, such as Pentium 2. With Pentium 3, the downloading time is reduced by about half to three quarter. Secondly, the navigation bar at the bottom of the page has too small a typeface and one may have to strain his or her eyes to look at it. Thirdly, some words do not stand out because its colour and the background seem to blend together. Lastly, the banner and the navigation bar seem to take up a lot of space and if these could be redesigned, then the need for scrolling can be reduced even further.

 Overall, it is still a good website as it had the users in mind when they designed the web site.
